Standard Licenses
All of our items (themes, code, graphics, 3D and flash) are covered by our Standard Licenses. If your end product including the item is going to be free to the end user then a Regular License is what you need.
1-Year Licensed Version
The Licensed Version grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the plugin with all premium features unlocked. This includes access to updates and support during the license period.
Key details about this version:
- You are licensed to use the plugin for one single website or client project. Additional licenses are required for multiple websites or clients.
- The Licensed Version provides priority support and updates for the duration of the license period.
License Terms:
By purchasing this license, you agree to the following terms:
- You may use the plugin on one website owned by you or a client.
- You may charge clients for services rendered but not for direct access to the plugin.
- The license is renewable annually to maintain access to future support terms.
Prohibited Actions:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the plugin as-is.
- Using the plugin on multiple websites without additional licenses.
- Including the plugin in templates, tools, or applications for redistribution.
Non-Licensed Version
This license grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the plugin on unlimited websites with lifetime updates and no renewal requirements.
Key details about this version:
- Usage: Can be used on unlimited websites, either owned by you or clients.
- Updates: Lifetime updates included.
- Support: Six months of free support from the date of purchase. Additional support can be purchased as needed.

Other License Terms
For some items, a GNU General Public License (GPL) or another open source license applies. The open source license applies in the following ways:
- Split licensing may apply for some components. The open source license applies to those components, while this license applies to the rest of the plugin.
- For items entirely under a GPL license, the GPL terms override this license.
Items that contain digital versions of real products, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by others have not been properly released. These Items are licensed on the basis of editorial use only.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our product and offer a 30-day refund policy. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- You must first submit a support ticket to allow us to resolve any issues.
- Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
- No refunds for product bundles or if you decide not to use the purchased product.
